Bigger guys, better balanced and filling up the space, good. Nikki seems to dominate, though I don’t believe he is actually bigger than the others — it must be that hair! I do think Khyel should lose the pink lipstick, though …
Really, it’s extremely eye-catching. And a cover that really shows the characters, done by the author instead of some artist who hasn’t even read the book — major cool.
He’s still a little bit transparent, but now it’s purple behind him rather than black, which is a little more lively. He’s so stark, with his pale skin and black hair, that getting the balance right, especially on many different monitors, is an interesting challenge. After the comments, I thought to look at him on my Dell, which has a much more muted screen, and I saw immediately what people were talking about.
note to self: you’ve got a dozen monitors in the house; check it on all of them, not just one! :D
I think this takes care of all the problems I had. Nikki’s hair is blond, and Khyel is holding his own LOL! I think a stronger drop shadow glow behind him helped a lot–delineated the outline of his hair a bit more so it didn’t fade so much into the background. That alone makes him look larger.
Well, it looks really good to me! I like everything about it.

Perfecto. Your extra effort was worth it! Ready for publication.
I agree wholeheartedly! It’s perfect!
sleep well on a job well done. *grin.

Love it! Khyel’s no longer drifting away into the shadows, but holding his own against his more brightly-lit brothers :D
