Gomen kudasai
Gomen, gomen, gomen. Of course I’m glad you were born. You’re my #1 son! You’re a brilliant, kind, wonderful, perfect individual. I wouldn’t change a thing about you.
(Now art thou happy, you spoiled—*MURPH*)

Is that the Japanese of an anime/manga fan? ;)
You betcha! I tried to learn the real thing, (Japanese) but only convinced myself that the most appropriate term for me is baka!
I try to limit myself, but what I watch/read, I watch/read a lot. My favorite mangaka is Minekura Kazuya. Both Saiyuki (et al) and Wild Adapter are brilliant, both story telling and artwork. But there are others (note the names of our koi!
)
Right right, same here about the language. I should have inserted “fellow” before anime/manga in my comment. :)
Manga wise, my favorite is Adachi Mitsuro (nothing published in the US but some short stories). I have to wait for someone to scanlate those. Almost anything he’s done I’ve loved. Also a big fan of Rumiko Takahashi’s Maison Ikkoku. You know I think this thought started back with those fish names, heheheh..
