It’s GOOD that the new kid makes him work for it! LOL! He’s gonna have to earn this one!
Got to admit…I loved doing this segment. Giggled all the way. *ptl-ptl-ptl* He doesn’t talk much, but he spits (raspberries) very eloquently!
So when the Pook blows raspberries, he spits sparks too?
Tickly fae-sparklies. Unfortunately for His Royal Impishness, nothing remotely lethal…or even icky.
Looks like Wishu is going to get his shoe put on the other foot. . . wait! Was that a pun? ACK! I just mean he’s going to get a taste of his own medicine, or something. . .
Shall we say…the Pook holds his own in this house. Not real bright, but fearless and cheeky.
Both Crockett and I laughed as Pookie went up the tree, just like a cat who had never seen one before.
Good thing resin claws don’t leave marks in fabric!
#8 frame SO needs to be your Christmas card for next year!
Zorro is being almost as naughty as the Pook. She is our four footed furry alarm clock. Unfortunately, she is resetting earlier and earlier (to get breakfast earlier); she’s now all the way back to 5:30. I’ve gotten her to stop clawing the door frame, but the plaintive yowing just outside the door must stop. We’re going to have to nip this in the bud.
Good idea!!!! Altho…wait for the rest. He’s not done exploring Christmas! I’m so glad I didn’t take it down before he arrived.
As for bud-nipping…good luck with that.
I haven’t dropped off the planet, just busy. Got one small hurdle done today (finally!) and so I’m going to watch a movie tonight and read some. (Fontographer manual and either Inheritor or Moon Called.) Then will call it a night.
Thing1 (Goober) and Thing2 (Smokey) are their usual dorky selves. They think it’s no end of interesting what the human is up to lately. Though they can tell I’m anxious about something and they keep trying to cheer me up by being goofy.
Smokey, as always, shows his middle name is Trouble. LOL, but I don’t think I’d have it any other way. Like Eushu, he’s always into something. Lately, Goober has even been standing up for himself more. Great to see them.
I haven’t yet looked through the three slideshows. I’m sure I’ll have some comment on the two little guys and Shu and Sei.
The feral cat (known as Dash-cat due to her nature to dash away) has repeatedly invited herself in tonight due to the combination of seriously blasting winds and cold. The only time she was in a hurry to leave was for a sandbox break, then she was back and meowing at the door. rat is so pussy-whipped.
Dash-cat has rolled around on the carpet, asked repeatedly for scrubs (hard pets to the face), taken a bath, curled up on the carpet and is in the middle of a half-asleep cat nap.
She will never be an indoor cat – I am allergic. Luckily not immediately so, or this wouldn’t be happening.
This morning Smartypants was not around, but he sent his representative, Little Brother. Little Brother was sufficiently happy to see breakfast that he let me pet him. I think several members of the posse are hitting up multiple houses for food.
Ah…true woosles!
Most assuredly Dash-cat has feeding stations throughout her ‘territory’ of the complex. We know the lady in the next building feeds her but hasn’t been able to touch her. I don’t know if that means we’re special or suckers! LOL!
Dash-cat has also learned (after all the years living here) that on two consecutive days of the week the monkeys don’t get up early so she doesn’t meow at the door and isn’t waiting, either.
